I am a new tea lover and it seems like there is a lot to learn about tea. I am reading a great book - The Story of Tea A Cultural History and Drinking Guide by Mary Lou Heiss and Robert J. Heiss and it is.....amazing. I had no idea tea was such a big topic, and I cannot wait to try lots of new tastes.
The authors have a website: www.TeaTrekker.com and I have been ordering great tea from them in sample sizes. The tea is great - way to go for anyone interested !
